Keely has her Master’s in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy and has been providing counselling and coaching for the last 7 years.

One of Keely’s most challenging and rewarding years was one spent as a Spiritual Care Provider at Grand River Hospital, providing counselling and end-of-life care to patients in palliative, ICU, geriatric and neurobehavioural units.

Keely brings a great deal of lived experience with mental health, grief, and the challenges of life transitions. As someone whose life has been dealt its fair share of challenges and surprises, Keely brings a unique appreciation and empathy to the care she provides for her clients. Humour is often brought into sessions as a way to help process, and a collaborative approach to healing is highly encouraged.

As a solution-focused, emotionally-focused, and client-centred therapist, Keely provides counselling and spiritual care for those dealing with: grief, couples issues, divorce, life changes, relationship issues, personal growth, anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD and Autism. Along with providing care for seniors and adults, Keely also specializes in working with the 2SLGBTQIA+ and Indigenous communities, teens and young adults.

Sliding Scale Rates are available. Please speak directly to Keely about sliding scale options.
